Joined Bruce Power: 2009

As a Financial Analyst, Eva first joined Bruce Power on contract in 2007. However, it didn’t take for her to realize the benefits that Bruce Power had to offer before she joined permanently in 2009.

After completing her Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in International Specialization from Guadalajara, Mexico and completing her MBA at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2002; Eva worked in the Financial Industry for years before calling Bruce Power her home.

When Eva was ready for a career change, choosing Bruce Power was a natural fit for her, “the company offers an excellent environment and allows you to have a first-class work and family life balance” says Eva.

Like many other workers, Eva has had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people and take the reins on various projects some which include month end reporting, cost analysis and helping other departments with financial needs and inquiries.

After a long day at the office, Eva knows the best place to relax, the beach. “Location is another big plus to Bruce Power, it’s great to be able to enjoy a summer afternoon at the beach.”
