Keith Wettlaufer

Keith Wettlaufer is Bruce Power’s Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance and Commercial Services. He has more than 35 years of experience in finance, administration and corporate restructuring.
Keith came to Bruce Power from Guelph-based Linamar Corporation, a large automotive precision machinery company, where he was CFO and Executive Vice President of Strategic Development. During his five years with Linamar, Keith implemented a comprehensive planning and analysis function, helped develop a successful strategic direction for the company and managed the corporate financial affairs which included the foreign exchange risk management.
From 1996 to 2000, Keith was with metal fabrication company AG Simpson Co. Ltd as Executive Vice President and CFO and was later promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer.
In the early to mid 1990s, Keith’s career centered around corporate restructuring for companies such as INTERTAN, which owned and operated 3,000 Radio Shack retail stores outside the United States, computer products distribution company Crownteck and Auto parts manufacturer Equion. Prior to that, he spent seven years with Magna International in the late 1980s in a number of senior management roles.
Keith received his Chartered Accountant (C.A.) designation in 1976, and holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University.
