Unit 7 returns to service
TIVERTON, ON – June 22, 2011 – Unit 7 at the Bruce B generating station returned to service today following a planned maintenance and inspection program that began April 16.
During this outage, workers performed inspections and routine maintenance on a host of systems and components. Many of these activities cannot be performed while the unit is running and all are intended to ensure the safe and reliable production of electricity.
Units 3,4,5,6 and 8 remain at high power.
