Bruce Power has helped make Kincardine’s beach more accessible to people with disabilities by donating $6,500 to the Mobi Mat project, at Kincardine’s Station Beach.

The project, which cost $13,000 and was a collaboration of Bruce Power’s Community Investment and Sponsorship Program, the Rotary Club of Kincardine (in partnership with the Kincardine Agricultural Society and Community Foundation Grey Bruce) and the Municipality of Kincardine.

“At Bruce Power, we strongly believe in breaking down barriers for people with disabilities,” said James Scongack, Vice President, Corporate Affairs. “We are proud to be involved in this initiative with our partners at the Municipality of Kincardine, to make beautiful Station Beach more accessible to all.”
