I’ve forgotten my login password. How can I access my data again?
Simply input your username on the Login screen and select “Password forgotten?”. Within the hour a new temporary password will be sent to the email address provided on the Login screen.

When I try to register, I get the message “This email address is already registered to a user”. What does this mean?
There are two possible reasons for this message. Either the email address is already registered on the system or the user started to create a Personal Profile/application but did not assign a user name and password to test account.

How do I log out of the E-Recruitment system and end my session?
To log out of the system, select the Close Window button (X). Doing so will terminate the session immediately. Be sure to select the SAVE button in the lower left hand corner before ending the session.
