If you are interested in a particular opportunity, please submit an application to ensure you are considered for the vacancy.
While we do search for candidates from the submitted profiles, there is no guarantee that you would be considered for any given position. That’s why it’s best to check back frequently and submit when you see a position that interests you. In the event you do not want to be contacted by Bruce Power for any period of time, you can temporarily block access to your profile under the menu item “Profile Release”.
You can re-release your profile at any time.
Do I have to apply online in order to be considered for a vacancy?
Yes, only candidates who submit their profile will be considered for the specific job vacancy. Bruce Power does not accept resumes sent by fax, email, courier or surface mail.
How do I complete the online application?
There are instructions on the first page of the Online Application Wizard in addition to explanations for each chevron (>) that describes how to complete each section.

What types of documents should be attached to my profile/application?
Any Candidate Profile can be enhanced and expanded with attachments such as your resume, cover letter, certificates, letters of recommendation, etc.

What formats and what size of documents can I upload as an attachment?
You can upload Microsoft Office programs like Word, PowerPoint and Excel. You can also upload the following formats: Rich Text Format (.rtf), plain text (.txt), Portable Document Format (.pdf), Motion Pictures Experts Group format (.mpeg), bitmap (.bmp), Tagged Image File (.tif) and Joint Photographic Experts Group format (.jpg).
ZIP files cannot be processed. Attachments must not exceed 10 MB in size.
Does the system recognize special characters?
The system does not recognize special characters and symbols. However, special characters and symbols can be used on attachments.
Can I stop my session and continue again at a later date?
Immediately after you have been registered on the system, access information will be sent to your email address.
This will enable you to modify your profile at any time. Select the SAVE button located on the bottom left hand corner of each screen to ensure the information is saved to the system.
What happens if I change my Candidate Profile while an application is pending?
Any changes made to a Candidate Profile will take effect immediately and will be incorporated into previous or pending applications. You can update and modify your Candidate Profile at any time to ensure it accurately reflects your contact information, recent achievements and job status.
