‘Your energy adventure starts here’ is the theme at the Bruce Power Visitors’ Centre this March Break with regular programing on hold to allow staff to focus on drop-in visitors.

So far in 2014 staff has hosted school groups from Kincardine, Lucknow, Paisley, Port Elgin, Waterloo and Montreal as well as several stakeholder delegations. Open to the public during regular hours, an additional 138 visitors have stopped by this year just to view the exhibits.

All of the displays are in service for March Break including the new World of Nuclear Energy exhibit and the giant Cost and Clean Air Calculator. Hourly films are featured in the Centre’s 100-seat theatre.

The Visitors’ Centre, which is located on County Rd. 20 (Conc. 4, Bruce Township), west of Hwy. 21, is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free.
