Bruce Power supports leaders of tomorrow through educational scholarships

Bruce Power invests in its future by assisting local youth in their pursuit of post-secondary education.

By lending a helping hand to students today, we hope they will bring their experience and education back to the Bruce site when in search of a career. That’s why we provide nearly $25,000 in Grade 8 and high school commencement awards to schools across the Bluewater public and Bruce Grey Catholic school boards, as well as the Avon Maitland District School Board each year.

We also invite those pursuing post-secondary education to apply for one of 100, $500 scholarships.

Applications open May 23, 2017

Application deadline is June 21, 2017 at 11:59 p.m.

This $50,000 investment in students from Bruce, Grey and Huron counties has been a rousing success since it was launched in 2011, to celebrate our 10th anniversary.

We also have two Indigenous scholarships for local students.
