Community members and employees are invited to attend a seminar on radiation from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 14, at the Bruce Power Visitors’ Centre

The seminar will be hosted by Dr. Doug Boreham, Division Head of Medical Sciences at the Northern School of Medicine and Professor of Medical Physics and Applied Radiation Sciences at McMaster University.

Dr. Boreham’s engaging presentation provides an open and comprehensive overview on the role radiation plays in the production of nuclear power and in our daily lives.
