Carrie started with Bruce Power in 2001 and has held many positions in various departments since. Carrie has always been a people person and loves helping others. Thanks to Bruce Power, the company has allowed her to do just that and to flourish.
Carrie started her career with Bruce Power as an Ergonomist in the Safety department. She became involved in various committees and rotational opportunities to gain hands-on experience in different areas within the organization.
At Bruce Power, her most rewarding project to date has been to lead a group of 30 to develop and run seven different Human Performance Simulators, representing various parts of the business. As a result, she wrote a paper on the project and presented it at the International Youth Nuclear Conference in Sweden and the Industrial Accident Prevention Association (IAPA) Health and Safety Conference in Toronto.
