Bruce Power proudly supports Pride Month

Bruce Power is proud to stand with the 2SLGBTQ+ community this June, celebrating the diversity that enriches both our communities and our workplace.

By taking part in local Pride events and supporting inclusive organizations, Bruce Power is reinforcing its commitment to a culture in which everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered.

Pride Month is a time to honour the 2SLGBTQ+ community and reflect on the progress made toward equity and inclusion. Bruce Power employees are joining local organizations in Goderich, Kincardine, and Owen Sound to help foster vibrant, welcoming communities for all.

“Bruce Power’s culture of excellence is shaped by the diverse perspectives and experiences of our people,” said Karen Smith, Bruce Power Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer. “Participating in Pride events is one of the many ways we demonstrate our commitment to inclusion and to building a workplace where everyone belongs.”
