The company invests in and manages large-scale infrastructure assets exhibiting stability and strong cash flows. It is wholly owned by the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS).

The Power Workers’ Union represents the vast majority of power production workers in Ontario. It also represents workers at local distribution companies throughout the province and local cable and telephone companies.

The Society is an independent trade union which represents 8,500 professional employees across Ontario, primarily in the in the energy and legal sectors. Nearly, 1,200 Bruce Power employees are represented by the Society.
