Bruce Power and its supplier partners have donated $20,000 to Childcan to help families affected by childhood cancer.
The donation marks Cancer Awareness Month in September.
Bruce Power and supplier partners continue to stand strong with Childcan in its support of personalized, responsive, and compassionate programs and services to children and families in need of care.
“A childhood cancer diagnosis affects an entire family, and having compassionate, local support can make a meaningful difference during an incredibly difficult time,” said Maggie Tieman, Bruce Power’s Director of Community and External Affairs. “Bruce Power and our supplier partners are proud to support an organization that helps ensure families across the region receive the care, resources and support they need, when they need it most.”
